Colour Accuracy:

Due to variations in digital displays and printing processes, actual product colours may vary slightly from online representations.

Inspection Policy:

Buyers must examine all goods upon receipt and prior to installation. Exchanges, returns, and refunds are not allowed after installation, except where required by applicable law.

Hygiene Return Policy:

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of toppers, bedsheets, quilt covers, quilts, mattresses, and pillows that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, or show traces of fragrance or odours, except where required by applicable law.

Non-Lift Level Surcharge:: Where lift access is unavailable or unsuitable, a surcharge of $20 per floor per item applies, subject to our team confirming that staircase delivery can be completed safely.
Location Surcharge:: An additional $30 applies to deliveries to Sentosa (including Sentosa Cove) and Tuas.
Excluded Locations:: We do not deliver to Jurong Island or restricted military zones.
On-Site Servicing / Exchange:: $30 transportation fee per trip.
Missed Delivery / Rescheduling:: $30 fee.
Disposal Services:: Non-bulky items: From $30 onwards per item.
Bulky items: From $50 per item (please send us a photo for an exact quotation).
